I am delighted that Needham Market Station has been allocated Access for All Funding. Something I have long campaigned for alongside the local community.
The funding will mean that access on the Ipswich bound Platform 2 will finally be upgraded and is part of a Government program to improve accessibility at stations.
This follows Access for All Funding also being secured for Bury St Edmunds Station and Stowmarket Station. Ensuring everyone in our community will benefit from easier access to our rail network.
