It was fantastic to spend time with Mark and Jess in the town centre to get an insight into the work they do on our behalf.
The partnership between the Town Council and Suffolk Police is incredibly positive as it allows the council to set their priorities. Mark and Jess focus largely on tackling anti-social behaviour and parking issues, which I know are concerns for residents and businesses alike.
Seeing the compassion with which Mark and Jess handle difficult situations, particularly involving vulnerable people, was inspiring.
