I was pleased to spend time with local Police Inspector Andy in Bury St Edmunds where we discussed antisocial behaviour and shoplifting. Changes to policing including a higher visibility of police in the centre of town is welcome, and many constituents have said that this is what is needed. It’s vital that retailers work with the police to report shoplifters- one of which was caught during my walkabout.
